This tutorial is for the tissue paper pumpkins in the middle of the pic.PUMPKINS: The small pumpkin is from the Dollar Tree Store. If you want bigger pumpkins head over to Target! They look awesome and the big one is only like $6.00.
I will be working with the small one today.
TISSUE PAPER: Any type would be just fine. We found some great Black and White tissue paper at Walmart.
RIBBONS: Just have fun and go crazy with the ribbons. We hit up the Dollar Tree, Michael's and Joann's. Throw some tulle in there too for good measure.
CLEAR FINISH SPRAY: from any craft storeI will be working with the small one today.

MODPODGE: Yea Baby! (Please use a coupon!)
If you do not want to use ribbons, you can just use Martha Stewart clear Coarse Glitter to add that extra feminine flair
Step 1: Spray paint your pumpkin white or cream to give it a clean base.
Step 1: Spray paint your pumpkin white or cream to give it a clean base. Step 2: Measure the pumpkin from the base of the stem to the bottom end of the pumpkin. You will cut the tissue in strips about 3 1/2 inches wide. (so the small pumpkin's tissue will measure 8 x 3 1/2inches) Cut the bottom edge of each strip into a U shape.
Step 3: Begin Modpodging the tissue paper to the pumpkin. Start with the flat side at the base of the stem. The next piece you modpodge on will have the U shape at the base of the stem. Cut off access tissue as you go so that it doesn't overlap and get the pattern jumbled up. You will get gathers and creases...this is okay just try to flatten them out the best you can. BE SURE TO NOT OVER DO IT WITH THE MODPODGE OR YOUR PAPER WILL TEAR! A light layer works best. The small pumpkins will take about 8-10 strips of tissue paper.
Your pumpkin will be pretty sticky and wet, so you can either hold it by the stem for 30 min while it dries, or you can just put it on a baking rack and just check it ever so often to make sure it isn't gluing itself to the rack.
