Big Deals of the Day

It is Macy's one day sale tomorrow (with a preview sale today) so of course Linda and I had to go...especially since this is the first sale since the fire. We figured there would be a lot of stuff - and so did a lot of other people. Wow we thought getting there at 9:30am was early, apparently not. The word is out about our bargain spot. We hit up the clearance racks that say take an additional 50% off plus and extra 25% with your Macy's card. Man people were just going at it. Thankfully the shoppers didn't know the Hurley brand so we stocked up! Shirts for $2.50, you can't beat that.
Here was my finds
2 Hurley shirts, 1 pair of Hurley pants, a pant/shirt combo, and sturdy pants for a crawling boy!
total= $17.00 a savings of $83.00!!!!!

Next we went to Old Navy. They too were having a 50% off the clearance sale and I also had a 30% off coupon for entire purchase.
Here are my finds
Total= $8.52 a savings of $73.00!!!!!
seriously 2 dresses, 2 shirts, pants, and shoes for 8 bucks. It was a happy day!
