Due Date For Baby #2

Christy finally got in to see the doctor this past week. From the data that she gave them they said she should be about 13 weeks. When they listened to the heart beat it sounded softer than what it should for 13 weeks so they told her to get an ultrasound done to know for sure. So Friday we went to get the ultrasound done and with those measurements they said she is 15 weeks along!!! So the official due date as of now is Feb 5th. On a side note I mentioned to the ultrasound lady that I am applying to an ultrasound program. She asked me which one and I told her the Kaiser school in the bay area and she said thats where she went. Then I told her I was going to apply for a scholarship through RAS (Radiological Associates of Sacramento) and she said that's what she did too! Which is who she works for still. I thought that was really cool that she had already gone through the programs that I want to go through. And she mentioned her husband is an ultrasound tech as well. She said when we go back for the 20 week ultrasound to bring some questions and she would be happy to answer them.

As for our Baby #1 Ava she started taking unassisted steps Friday night. She doesn't do it on her own though you kind of have to lure her by holding a toy in front of her. But she is finally starting to figure it out. She can practicly run when she is holding on to just one of your fingers. So once she picks up walking on her own we better watch out because she will probably go straight to running!
